Roberto Canales's Story

Roberto Canales is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of proven international success in a series of high-level roles at both private and public companies that span industries including travel, manufacturing, private banking advisory, multilevel marketing, and consulting services.

Roberto joined Neora during a time of transition and has led the finance and operations teams through the most challenging era of the company's history. His experience is highlighted both domestically and internationally, building and leading teams while scaling for growth in markets such as Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, and Europe. No matter the challenge, he is steadfast in his leadership style, bringing stability and the ability to work successfully with all levels of leadership teams.

Roberto's broad business experience has a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction. Such traits have enabled him to achieve a command of the skills needed to manage business planning processes while developing strategies to meet future challenges.

Prior to joining Neora, Roberto worked as a managing partner for Ascension Enterprise Solutions, adding valuable expertise to clients as their personal CFO and helping companies define strategies and execute on their goals to achieve success. He went on to help lead WorldVentures Holdings, LLC to be recognized by Direct Selling News as a Top 25 multilevel marketing company. Under his financial leadership, the company expanded into 29 global markets and grew from $50MM to nearly $1BN in annual sales in five years, while scaling operationally and financially with the massive growth. Roberto has achieved more than two decades of success driving positive outcomes across Corporate Financial Leadership, Budget Development, Risk Management, Revenue Growth, Annual Operating Plans, FP&A, Reporting and Forecasting in multiple leadership roles with Procore Laboratories, Comtek-Group, LECG/Navigant Consulting, Gamma Capital and Integra Bank.

Roberto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting with a concentration in Accounting from The University of Texas, San Antonio, and successfully completed the Emerging CFO Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
