Toast your favorite bagel to your liking, shmear on some Neufchatel, which is lower fat substitute option for cream cheese, add smoked salmon, capers, and a red onion for a quick to make breakfast which keeps you full all morning long.
- Toast the bagel.
- Spread it with Neufchatel, then cover with salmon.
- Garnish with capers and red onion. Sprinkle with pepper.
