Perfected Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies
Ingredients

organic cane sugar | 1/2 cup | |
creamy peanut butter | 1 cup | |
semi-sweet chocolate chips | 1/4 cup | |
Unrefined Salt |
Reach for this instead of Reese’s Pieces to get the same chocolate and peanut butter bliss!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl until you get cookie-dough consistency.
- With a cookie scoop, scoop out dough, roll into a ball, and flatten. Place on a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper. Using a fork, press down into each cookie to form the classic peanut butter cookie hash tag, then sprinkle with some organic cane sugar and salt.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes when cookies turn golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Store in Ziploc bags.
These look delish!! Definitely whipping up a couple bathces and putting some in the freezer!
I am making them right now. They make a good dough that clings together easily. Waiting for the first batch to come out of the oven.
